The Webflow x AI Code Components Community Challenge (the “Challenge”) is a skills-based competition where Webflow users (“Entrants”) may submit their work to be recognized.
BINDING AGREEMENT: By entering, you agree to these Official Rules, which form a binding contract between you and Webflow, Inc. (“Webflow” or “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Challenge is open worldwide to persons who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority, if older), and legal entities, except for residents and legal entities in: Brazil, Quebec, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: (a) Sponsor’s employees, contractors, consultants, or agents and their respective affiliates; (b) suppliers of goods or services in connection with the Challenge; (c) persons who are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories; (d) persons or entities under U.S. export controls or sanctions.
SPONSOR: The Challenge is sponsored by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th St., San Francisco, California, 94103, USA.
PERIOD: The Challenge begins on April 30th, 2026 and ends on May 21st, 2026 (the "Challenge Period").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, generate a code component in Webflow and reply on the challenge page and provide all requested information, including a description of your build, your originating prompt, and a screenshot or screen recording of your build. All code components must be generated in Webflow. Share your build on social and tag @webflow for an extra (1) entry into the raffle.
PRIZES: The following prizes will be awarded by raffle:
One (1) Webflow Conf ‘26 ticket, which provides full conference access for the winner.
Three (3) $100 gift cards, awarded to three separate raffle winners.
Three (3) builds will be selected as a key use-case that is featured on webflow.com
JUDGING: Submissions will be evaluated by an internal panel of design and Webflow experts. The judges will select three (3) finalists based on the following criteria:
Demonstrates top use cases or new innovative ideas
Delightful, intuitive UX with innovative “wow” factors
High visual appeal & aesthetic
Tight alignment with base Webflow site
Strong utility and demonstrated function
The three (3) finalists will have their work showcased as a featured use case on webflow.com.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY; CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION; INDEMNIFICATION:
Transmission of Information. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or other errors.
Fraud; Reservation of Rights. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Challenge if any fraud or other factor impairs the integrity of the Challenge.
Release and Indemnity. By participating, you release and agree to indemnify the Sponsor from any and all liability for losses or damages arising from your participation in the Challenge.
PUBLICITY: By participating, you agree that Sponsor may use your name, likeness, and submitted materials for advertising and promotional purposes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: You grant Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content you submit.
PRIVACY: Sponsor will collect and process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
TAXES: You are responsible for all taxes imposed on prizes.
NOT AN OFFER OR CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT: Participation in the Challenge does not constitute an offer of employment.
FORCE MAJEURE: Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to conduct the Challenge due to unforeseen circumstances.
ARBITRATION: Any disputes related to the Challenge will be resolved by binding arbitration.
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE: The Challenge is governed by the laws of the State of California.
