I just activated Localization on a new site after watching Webflow’s promo videos on YouTube, only to discover that the promoted glossary rules feature (Custom translation terminology) is only available on the Enterprise plan?! This must be an unintentional limitation, because it honestly makes no sense, it makes Webflow Localization some what pointless on large, content rich sites.
Glossary rules is not nice-to-have, it’s basic functionality in machine translation. Without terminology rules, you end up manually policing translations forever, which defeats the whole point of an automatic localization workflow.
I can accept paying for the Localization Advanced plan to get this feature, but paying $30,000 extra per year for Enterprise to get a feature that’s included even in Weglot’s free plan is completely bonkers!!
At minimum, the pricing/features page and the promotional videos should disclose that core localization capabilities are Enterprise-only. Right now, you only discover the limitation after you’re already committed.
