Our Community Code of Conduct

We’ve put together a simple, straightforward Community Code of Conduct — and we ask everyone to follow a few key principles that help keep this space open, kind, and inspiring for all.

Be constructive and kind.
We love thoughtful, honest feedback — it helps everyone grow. Focus on critiquing work and ideas, not people. Provide actionable feedback whenever possible. There’s no room here for disrespectful comments, personal attacks, threats, discrimination, trolling, or site-bashing.

Remember: there's always a real person on the other side of the screen, and English may not be their first language. Be kind.

Keep things tidy and easy to navigate.
Before starting a new post, search existing discussions or filter by tags — chances are, someone's already started a great conversation you can join. Help discussions stay on track by:

  • Posting in the correct category

  • Avoiding cross-posting the same content in multiple places

  • Not diverting topics midstream

  • Updating old posts if information becomes outdated

No spam, please.
Help keep discussions meaningful by staying on topic, sharing relevant insights, and avoiding self-promotion, ads, or unrelated links. We’re here to learn from each other, not to sell.

Flag, don't fight.
See something that violates our guidelines? Don't engage — flag it. Our moderators will handle it. Responding to bad behavior often makes things worse. Let's keep conversations productive by using our flagging system.

Respect and support our moderators.
Our community moderators are trusted members who help keep things welcoming and productive. They have the ability to flag or remove posts and, when needed, restrict access for those not following these guidelines. They’re human too, so show them the same respect and support they show you.
