Welcome - Start Here!

Hello and welcome to the Knoxville Webflow Community! My name is Gage, and I am very excited to kick off this community with you all. I see this as a place where Webflow developers and designers in Tennessee and surrounding states can meet and network, share ideas, pass along projects, learn, and develop meaningful connections. A bit about me: I began learning website development in 2016 and picked up Webflow in 2022. I now serve as the Director of Web Services at Pursuit Digital, a digital marketing agency based in Knoxville. We help great companies show up like great companies by providing high-quality video production, on-brand social media content, and awesome Webflow websites. When I am not at work, I find myself building in Webflow, especially JavaScript solutions and Webflow Apps. My other hobbies include wrestling and jiu-jitsu, spending time outside, eating Mexican food with my wife, and performing magic. Enough about me though, I would love to hear from you. Hey Knoxville Webflow Community!

Pursuit Digital is hiring for a Web Design Resident to join our Web Services team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and refine websites in Webflow.

  • Support Webflow site buildouts for active client projects.

  • Strengthen on-site SEO through well-structured content and performance best practices.

  • Support Google tools and platforms such as Business Profiles and Workspace.

  • Launch website updates tied to managed client websites.

  • Ensure every update ships polished, responsive, and on-brand.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $20/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.

  • Flexible schedule: Starting at 15 hours a week, with potential for growth to a full-time, salaried role.

Requirements

  • Personal alignment with Pursuit’s mission and values.

  • Basic experience with Webflow.
