CMS Collection Template page completely unclickable in Designer โ€” possible ghost session lock

I've been blocked for several hours on this and Webflow's support chat hasn't been able to resolve it. Hoping someone here has seen this before.

The problem: My CMS Collection Template page is completely unresponsive in the Designer. When I click it in the Pages panel under "CMS Collection Pages," absolutely nothing happens โ€” no load, no error, no visual feedback. I can access individual collection items just fine, but the template itself is unreachable.

This is critical because I need to edit the template directly to add a Collection List filter โ€” which is only accessible from the template, not from individual item pages.

What I've already tried (all failed):

  • Incognito window

  • Multiple browsers (Brave, Opera)

  • Cleared cache and cookies

  • Removed app-added custom script (Webflow MCP Bridge App) from template settings

  • Re-login via Google SSO

Possible cause: The Pages panel shows a green collaborator avatar with my own account initial next to the CMS Template. I suspect a ghost session was left open by a Webflow MCP connection that didn't close cleanly. The avatar persists even after closing all tabs, browsers, and terminating all MCP processes.

Has anyone experienced this and found a way to force-release a stuck session or regain access to a CMS template? Any help appreciated โ€” this is blocking the final step of a CMS build.
