The Non-profit organization for which I have been building a Webflow site purchased a Business Site Plan and a Core Workspace Plan with an additional full seat. I am the only developer working on the project. They are very cost-conscious and do not want to waste the limited resources that they have. The work has almost been finished for an application where the Webflow site is the front-end, Make is used for integration, and Salesforce is at the backend, where administration activities are done. I am looking for expert advice on the following items.
Now, I can see two workspaces in the dashboard. Only one workspace has a site. Is the second workspace that I see for the additional full seat that was purchased? If so, can that workspace be removed without any issues for the existing implementation? Will it remove the additional full seat?
My understanding is that a custom domain can be added to the purchased site plan for production. Is there any cost advantage in buying a custom domain through Webflow?
The Client has two other businesses that are using WordPress sites. They are thinking of consolidating everything in one platform as they think that it is cost-saving. Can you please help me to understand what the benefit will be for them to stay with Webflow rather than moving everything to WordPress? I understand that they can have upto 10 .io webflow sites in the current workspace that they have. But they need to have 2 more siteplans and domains to host the other two sites. Is that correct?
