AI code components are now available to all Webflow customers!
This is a significant step forward in how teams build on Webflow. Until now, adding code components to a site required writing React in an external codebase and importing it via DevLink. This was powerful, but out of reach for most designers and marketers. With this launch, anyone can generate interactive, production-ready components natively in Webflow using the AI Assistant.
What's new:
Generate components from a prompt: describe what you want β an animated slider, a filterable gallery, a multi-step form β and the AI Assistant builds it directly on the canvas
On-brand by default: the AI pulls from your site's existing styles and variables, so every component matches your design system from the start
Edit your way: refine with the AI Assistant chat or open the code editor to make direct changes β without leaving Webflow
Reuse across sites: save AI code components to your shared Workspace library and drop them into any project, no rebuilding required
Available to all: AI code components are available on all plans β users with the Designer role can build on any site, regardless of plan
Ready to build? We're running a two-week Community Challenge to celebrate the launch. Share what you make in our Community homebase for a chance to win a Webflow Conf '26 ticket, $100 gift cards, and a spot on our code components page.
