AI support crap Bot is useless. I have been trying to get an answer to fix this for 3 months now and nothing.
I transferred the site 3 months ago from the dev, and Webflow setup produced an error creating the SSL certificate.
I followed the support instructions from the Support Bot, but that didn't work. every attempt (no exaggeration 7 attempts) to get more information from the AI support bot sent me on an infinite loop of asking log a ticket, where there no means of logging a ticket.
I have been trying to speak to a human, but Webflow seems to have done a good job of ruining their once great support process.
