I had the opportunity to design and develop the KitaHQ marketing website using Webflow, transforming the brand's digital presence into a modern, scalable, and conversion-focused experience.
KitaHQ is an HR, payroll, and employee management platform that helps businesses streamline workforce operations. The goal of this project was to communicate a complex product ecosystem through a clear, intuitive, and engaging web experience that supports both user needs and business objectives.
My responsibilities included:
UI/UX design and information architecture
Full website development in Webflow
CMS implementation for scalable content management
Localization setup for multi-language experiences
Responsive design optimization across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
SEO-friendly page structure and best practices
Lead generation form implementation using Webflow Forms
Reusable component and page structure development
One of the key challenges was organizing a broad range of HR products and features without overwhelming users. To address this, I focused on improving content hierarchy, simplifying navigation, and creating reusable page structures that make information easier to discover and maintain.
Beyond the visual and technical implementation, I integrated Webflow Forms to support lead generation efforts, enabling potential customers to connect directly with the sales team while providing a seamless user experience. The website was also built with Webflow CMS and reusable components, allowing the marketing team to manage content independently without requiring developer support.
The result is a scalable and high-performing website that effectively communicates KitaHQ's value proposition, improves content management efficiency, and supports ongoing marketing and customer acquisition initiatives.
